JEVVIN Trading Cards Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the JEVVIN Trading Cards Twitch Extension.

By using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Extension

JEVVIN Trading Cards is a free community feature designed for viewers of JEVS streams.

The Extension may allow users to collect digital cards, track collection progress, view token balances, participate in duels, view statistics and use other community features.

2. No Monetary Value

JEVVIN Trading Cards, JEVVIN Tokens, digital cards, collection progress, statistics and other in-Extension items have no cash value.

They cannot be redeemed for money and do not represent cryptocurrency, financial assets, securities or any other form of monetary instrument.

The Extension is not intended to provide gambling, wagering or betting functionality.

3. Earning Cards and Tokens

Cards, tokens and other digital items may be awarded through participation in streams, Twitch interactions, community activities or other methods determined by the Extension developer.

The methods used to award cards, tokens or other items may change over time.

There is no guarantee that any particular card, rarity or item will be awarded.

4. Digital Collections

Digital cards and other items exist only within the JEVVIN Trading Cards system.

Ownership of a digital card within the Extension does not grant ownership of any associated artwork, branding, intellectual property or other content.

The Extension developer retains all rights to the JEVVIN Trading Cards brand, card designs, artwork, names and related materials unless otherwise stated.

5. Changes to the System

The Extension and its features may be changed, updated, expanded, suspended or discontinued at any time.

This may include changes to:

  • Card collections

  • Card rarities

  • Drop rates

  • Token systems

  • Collection rules

  • Duels

  • Statistics

  • Rewards

  • Seasonal collections

  • Available features

Where reasonably possible, significant changes affecting existing collections will be communicated to the community.

6. Resets and Data Corrections

The Extension developer may correct, modify or reset data where necessary to resolve bugs, exploitation, incorrect awards, technical problems or other issues affecting the integrity of the system.

Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary loss of legitimate collection data.

7. Fair Use

Users must not attempt to manipulate, exploit or interfere with the Extension.

This includes attempting to:

  • Artificially generate cards or tokens

  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

  • Manipulate collection data

  • Access another user's collection without permission

  • Circumvent limits or restrictions

  • Use automated tools to abuse Extension features

  • Interfere with the Extension's servers, database or authentication systems

Accounts found abusing the system may have access restricted and improperly obtained items may be removed.

8. Twitch Accounts

The Extension may use information provided through Twitch's authentication systems to associate a viewer with their JEVVIN Trading Cards collection.

Your use of Twitch remains subject to Twitch's own Terms of Service and policies.

9. Availability

The Extension is provided on an "as available" basis.

While reasonable efforts will be made to keep the Extension operating correctly, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, Twitch platform changes, hosting issues, technical faults or other circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Extension developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Extension.

Because cards and tokens have no monetary value, loss of digital collection data does not create a right to financial compensation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

Information collected through the Extension is handled in accordance with the JEVVIN Trading Cards Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it is used and how users can request deletion of their data.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Extension develops.

The latest version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed accordingly.

Continued use of the Extension after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
